Year 2024
SWAN™ v.24.0 (Build 1877) – Released on June 8th 2024

- New feature: Mutual coupling computation time is now reduced by more than 50%, yet maintaining the same accuracy.
- New feature: Folded shorts design and analysis is now included.
- New feature: DXF export now also include feeding waveguides back-cover layer, as well as folded shorts.
- New feature: When Feeding WG sections with center-inclined slots are used, it is now possible to scale the coupling slot impedance for the two slots adjacent to the input transition to compensate for the effects of higher-order modes excited by the input transition.

- New feature: Complex excitation pattern synthesis is now more flexible and interactive with the introduction of a button that allows to edit the mask file after each synthesis.
- New feature: Taylor 2D (radial non-separable excitation) is now possible, with a significant improvement in SLR and Gain performance with respect to a separable illumination (E-plane – H-plane) when applied to circular or elliptical apertures.
